  1. Vaccine books should be up-to-date with (if no vet will vaccinate at a cost 210 aed.) Feline Distemper(panleukopenia, FPV) Feline Calicivirus Feline Herpesvirus Type I (an upper respiratory disease)

  3. Fleas and ticks treatment.
    Please update the Bravetco flea and tick treatment completion in your pets passport. This should have the stamp and sticker from your pet veterinary doctor.
  4. Flea and tick medications are not updated. We can provide for an additional charge!
  1. During the period when your pet is staying at Petcare, we will be keeping the pet original passport with Petcare.
  2. Pick up and Drop Off Service for your Pets:
    - We only provide transport facility to and from the outside parking area of your apartment or villa building.
  3. Please note we do not provide pick up and drop off to your apartment.
  4. During summer months pick-up and drop-off services for your pets are available from 7am to 11am and from 4pm to 7pm.
  5. Non Collocation:
    -Pet Care Boarding for Cats and Dogs reserves the right to re-home any animal not collected within 15 days of the stated departure dates if no communication from the owner, or owner’s agent, is received and if efforts to contact the owner fail.
  1. Veterinary Fees:
    -You agree that we may take your dog to a veterinary surgeon if we suspect he or she is not well and you agree to accept full responsibility for payment of any veterinary fees incurred.
  2. Payment:
    -We will require full payment for the booking by cash/card when you leave your animal with us.
